About Delivery

We deliver product thoughout the continental United States. Delivery methods and costs vary depending on location, size and weight. We have more options available for local deliveries due to the fact we use our own employees and trucks, whereas outside our local zone we are dependent on various carriers to make it happen. We do our best to keep shipping cost as low as possible and do not try to trick our customers by saying 'free', choosing to disclose all details on checkout. Lets face it, no one really offers something for free. If we say its free- it will truely be 100% free no matter where you live! Our local services are flat rates from $25 - $60, depending on the delivery options. We have found most shipping costs outside the local zones average 15% - 20% of the order value. Please be sure to review the total cost of your order before confirming it. We do not make any money for shipping services or on frieght. This is something we are continously working on to keep it to a minimum for you!

Deliver Options:

Local Deliveries: Locally we can offer curb-side delivery or full assembly and installation in your home. Curb-side means leaving the unit in its packaging and placed inside your home, or outside if you prefer. Full deliver includes unpacking, any assembly required and placed in the locations you need them. We are not able to help rearrange your furniture so please have the room ready for your new items. Our drivers are first rate but they are under a heavy schedule so if you do need some assistance you can work it out with them and they will be happy to help if they can. We will not be held liable for damages which may occur while helping to move your existing furniture.

Out of Area: We use common carriers to make deliveries out of the area. Because of this we are somewhat limited with the types of services we can offer. The primary method is curb-side delivery as noted above. If you need assistance beyond this service, please let us know at the time of confirming your order and we will make every effort to have your needs satisfied. We can not be held liable for any damamges that may occur outside of our standard curb-side option. Usually additional needs are worked out between you and the carrier or any other entity that is used. Additonal costs will either be added to your order and payable in advance of the delivery service.

Returns:

Details of our return policy is located in our Terms and Conditions. If your product was received damaged, or if you decide to exchange or cancel your order, you will need to contact Couch4Less to get a Return Authorization. Couch4Less will not accept any merchandise without a prior authorization. All product must be repacked in the original packaging material, so be sure to keep all of the packaging until are certain it meets your expectations. Even though Couch4Less will assist you with the return, you will need to work out the details and payments with the carrier. Even if the product is being returned due to damage, you are still responsible for getting it to us. Once we have received it, we will manage getting a replacement to you at no additional cost..
